1. Delivery Coverage (UAE)

We deliver to all Emirates:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

  • Umm Al Quwain

Coverage includes residential and commercial addresses accessible by courier.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery

  • Dubai: Same-day or next business day (based on order time)

  • Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: Next business day

  • Other Emirates: 1–3 business days

Express Delivery (Dubai – where available)

  • Same-day or 4–6 hour delivery for orders placed before the daily cut-off time

Delivery time depends on:

  • Order confirmation time

  • Delivery location

  • Courier routing and operational capacity


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (business days)

  • Orders placed after cut-off are processed the next business day

  • No dispatch on Sundays or UAE public holidays
